    Made my first gazpacho last weekend. Italian tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, onion, cilantro, red wine vinegar, salt&pepper + pumpkin seeds on top! No mild peppers, it's one of the few things I don't culinarily care for... ;)

    Well, it tasted good. I suggest it if it's something you love on hot days! However, I think cold soup might just not be my thing... So I'll probably never make this again. Haha! Lovely colors for a picture tho! haha ;)
